UBS analyst John Roberts noted the merger between Agrium (AGU) and Potash (POT) closed, forming the new company Nutrien (NTR). Roberts said the company will be the largest global company for Nitrogen/Phosphate/Potash capacity and he established a Buy rating and $58 price target on Nutrien shares.
