Leerink analyst Richard Newitter expects NuVasive to see pressure following a Q3 revenue miss and lowered sales outlook. However, the analyst recommends buying the weakness as he believes the margin expansion story is very much intact and issues behind the Q3 miss/lowered Q4 outlook should prove isolated/transient. Newitter reiterates an Outperform rating on the stock, and lowered his price target on the shares to $73 from $77.
