Jefferies raised NVIDIA's (NVDA) price target to $80 and retreated its Buy rating following news Tesla (TSLA) announced that it selected its Titan GPU to be the processor for its fully autonomous cars, and that going forward all its cars will have this capability. Analyst Mark Lipacis estimates this to be a $300M-$500M opportunity near-term and demonstrates the power of neural networking and GPU's and expects NVIDIA's multiple to expand with further announcements.
