MKM Partners analyst Megan McGrath lowered her price target on NVR to $3,100 and kept her Neutral rating after its Q2 earnings and gross margins came in below expectations. The analyst notes NVR's slowing orders and absorption pace in Q2, with more difficult comparisons coming in the second half of the year, even though the company continues to make progress on reducing SG&A expenses.
