Needham analyst Rajvindra Gill raised his price target on NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) to $130 and kept his Strong Buy rating, saying that Qualcomm (QCOM) interest in the company should be valued at that price point. Gill contends that the company's financial picture has improved with $8 of earnings expected in 2019, believes that NXP has lagged the rest of the semiconductor market, and sees it as critical for Qualcomm because of its exposure to the auto market.
