RBC Capital analyst Leo Kulp raised his price target on Nexstar to $90 and kept his Outperform rating. The analyst cites his DCF model suggesting that even with the bear case of 5.5% decline in perpertuity of core/political ads, the re-transmission revenues decline after peaking in 2022, and the core expense growth 1%, the stock still supports a $90 per share equity valuation.
