FBR Capital analyst Bob Ramsey downgraded New York Community Bancorp (NYCB) to Underperform from Market Perform following the termination of the company's planned merger with Astoria Financial (AF). The analyst assumed 10% earnings accretion from the deal. He lowered his price target for New York Community Bancorp shares to $15 from $17.
