Morgan Stanley said the sell off in NRG Yield (NYLD) following reduced cash flow guidance is overblown given existing opportunities for dividend growth through 2017. The firm said NRG Energy (NRG) has a large amount of assets that can be sold to NRG Yield, which can result in significant dividend accretion. Shares are Overweight rated.
