As previously reported, Needham analyst Alex Henderson upgraded Oclaro to Strong Buy from Buy saying its current products are delivering "strong" growth with "sharply" improving margins and leveraging OPEX resulting in improving gross margins and operating margins. Further, the analyst notes that the Oclaro ACO coherent 100G pluggable is first to market and believes it should ramp significantly. Henderson raised his price target on the shares to $7.50 from $7.
