Stifel analyst PAtrick Newton lowered his estimates for Oclaro based on declining demand trends related to the rollout of China's 100g system. The analyst now expects tenders for the system to be delayed. The analyst trimmed his price target for Oclaro to $11 from $12 but keeps a Buy rating, based on what he sees as its depressed valuation, its likely rebound in 2H17 as China ramps and the strength of its FP2-ACO product.
