Needham analyst Alex Henderson notes that Oclaro validated the fears around the June quarter but points out it expects to "solidly resume growth" in 2H17. The analyst recommends investors buy shares on weakness, saying that China wobble is temporary. He reiterates a Strong Buy rating and $14 price target on the stock.
