Citi analyst Will Randow recommends using yesterday's rally in shares of Owens Corning as a selling opportunity. The company's 2015 EBIT guidance of $460M-$500M is "not very inspiring" when considering corporate expenses are now expected to be on the lower end of the $120-$130M range, Randow tells investors in a research note titled "So, Why are We Paying 30x 2015E FCF Per Share Anyways?" Further, with roofing prices down 10% year-over-year in Q2, the analyst does not expect the mid-summer price increases to hold. He keeps a Sell rating on Owens Corning but raised his price target for shares to $37 from $36. The stock was upgraded this morning at Stifel.
