Jefferies analyst Philip Ng raised his price target for Owens Corning to $71 from $65 after his channel checks indicated the pricing environment in insulation is improving. The analyst believes the company will start seeing more "accretive pricing" this spring and summer. He views the stock's risk/reward as compelling and keeps a Buy rating on the name.
