Macquarie analyst Adam Baumgarten upgraded Owens Corning to Neutral and raised its price target to $68 from $54 following recent distributor checks that show residential insulation pricing has improved, with 5% increases as of June 1, driven by tightening capacity. As a result, the analyst raised estimates FY17 earnings estimate to $4.13 from $3.80, FY18 to $4.80 from $4.22, and FY19 to $5.36 from $5.05.
