SunTrust analyst Eric Fleming downgraded Omega Healthcare to Hold and lowered its price target to $33 from $39 following the disclosure that the Department of Justice requested information for two of Omega's top 10 operators. The analyst said it is unusual for the DOJ to investigate regional operators and creates unknown risk and is a distraction to senior management.
