Evercore ISI analysts led by James West upgraded Oil States to Buy and increased its price target to $37 from $25. He believes Oil States' land-based Well Site Services business should see significant operating leverage over the next several quarters and said the company has a relatively strong balance sheet and positive EBITDA, and should continue to generate free cash flow for debt retirement, share repurchases, and potential acquisitions.
