Loop Capital analyst Stephen Gengaro said he views weakness in Oil States shares after its "lackluster" Q1 report as a buying opportunity, as he expects an earnings recovery in the second half of this year and in FY18 based on his expectations for sharply higher U.S. land activity over the next several quarters. He reiterates his Buy rating and $44 price target on Oil States shares.
