Loop Capital analyst Stephen Gengaro lowered his price target on Oil States to $31 and kept his Buy rating. Gengaro says the new price target reflects a more conservative outlook for growth in the U.S. land markets and uncertainty on the timing of recovery in the Offshore segment, but still sees the risk-reward in the stock as "very solid".
