Citi analyst Anthony Pettinari upgraded Owens-Illinois to Buy saying 2016 will represent an inflection point after 18 months of negative estimate revisions. The analyst views the current valuation as compelling and he thinks management set a low bar for 2016. Pettinari raised his price target for the shares to $19 from $15.
