Citi analyst Praful Mehta upgraded Ollie's Bargain Outlet to Neutral after assuming coverage of the name. The analyst raised his price target for the shares to $75 from $46. The analyst believes Ollie's "has a solid growth runway" with only 278 stores relative to its its medium/long term goal of 600/950. The company's growth opportunity and "strong" unit economics "are too impressive to ignore," the analyst tells investors in a research note.
