JMP Securities downgraded Oracle to Market Underperform with a $31 price target. Analyst Patrick Walravens has increased concerns including greater competitive pressures from Amazon Web Services, increasing customer dissatisfaction with Oracle's pricing and auditing policies, aggressive sales incentives in some cloud deals, and new expense control actions that might indicate some internal concerns about revenue levels.
