As reported previously, Susquehanna analyst Ali Faghri downgraded O'Reilly Automotive to Neutral from Positive as he no longer sees justification for a positive view on the auto parts group. He believes Q2 results will disappoint, setting up the group for another downward revision. The analyst views Q1 as a trough an he expects trends to normalize in coming quarters, but the magnitude of improvement will be less than expected. Faghri has a $302 price target on O'Reilly Automotive shares.
