As noted earlier, BB&T downgraded Orion to Hold from Buy. The firm says that the company has been awarded just one contract from the Army Corps Galveston district for $3M this year versus five last year for $28M. BB&Y says that the company's margins and dredge fleet utilization could be negatively impacted by this development.
