Jefferies analyst Sheila Kahyaoglu downgraded OSI Systems to Hold and lowered her price target for the shares to $70 from $79. While the company's fundamentals are solid, the two separate investigations by the SEC and Department of Justice could act as an overhang on the stock, Kahyaoglu tells investors in a research note. She believes the shares will be range bound until the two investigations are complete.
