As noted earlier, BMO Capital upgraded OpenText to Outperform from Market Perform. Analyst Thanos Moschopoulos says he upgraded the stock based on the "multiple synergies" that he expects the company to obtain from its acquisition of EMC's Enterprise Content division. Target to $73 from $63.
