Spruce Point Capital stated on its Twitter account that the fund is short Outerwall (OUTR) in addition to NCR Corp. (NCR), adding that the firm previously scrutinized Outerwall's deal to buy NCR's "money losing entertainment business" and that now a "former undisclosed NCR VP sits on its board." Reference Link
