After Outerwall cut its fiscal 2015 guidance on weak Redbox rentals, Wedbush concedes that the company has lost some of its customers that value convenience most highly. However, the firm thinks the company can retain its customers that view value as most important. Wedbush contends that Outerwall can contain its share losses as long as its prices are lower than those of most on-demand offerings. The firm slashed its price target on the name to $59 from $100 but keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.
