Jefferies analyst Jason Gammel downgraded Occidental Petroleum to Hold and cut his price target for the shares to $69 from $84. After his firm cut its Brent oil price assumptions to $43 per barrel from $61 in 2016, $57.75 per barrel from $73 in 2017 and $71.75 per barrel from $81 in 2018, the analyst believes the integrated oil sector is "likely to face another difficult year."
