Citi analyst Robert Morris upgraded Occidental Petroleum to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $97 from $88. The analyst cites the midstream benefit of wider midland-MEH differentials for his upgrade. He sees total 2018 production growth of nearly 10% for Occidental.
