DA Davidson analyst Gary Tenner upgraded PacWest Bancorp to Buy with a $53 price target citing valuation following the recent pullback in the shares. The selloff puts the stock just 2% over the pre-election day price, Tenner tells investors in a research note. He expects the bank's loan production improvement to stabilize growth in back half of 2017.
