Goldman Sachs downgraded Penske Automotive (PAG) to Sell citing a premium relative valuation and high earnings expectations. The firm lowered its price target for shares to $43 from $44. It coupled the downgrade with an upgrade of Group 1 Automotive (GPI) to Neutral.
