Piper Jaffray analyst Andrew Nowinski says that while his firm's Q4 Security Reseller survey indicated relatively weak results and an increase in pricing pressure, Palo Alto (PANW), CyberArk (CYBR) and Proofpoint (PFPT) stood out as exceeding expectations. FireEye (FEYE) remained relatively unchanged from Q3 while checks on Fortinet (FTNT) indicated demand declined in Q4, the analyst tells investors in a research note. He downgraded Fortinet this morning to Neutral. Nowinski adds that while Imperva's (IMPV) survey results also declined, the company remains one of his top ideas for 2016.
