JPMorgan analyst Sterling Auty downgraded Palo Alto Networks to Neutral from Overweight with a price target of $236, down from $284. For the second straight quarter Palo Alto 's product revenue came in below expectations, but this time total revenue also missed and management is cutting the full year outlook, Auty tells investors in a post-earnings research note. The analyst believes it could take two-to-three quarters for investors to feel more comfortable with the company's product outlook being consistently able to grow again. "That likely keeps a lid" on the stock's performance, contends Auty.
