Goldman Sachs analyst Neil Mehta downgraded PBF Energy (PBF) to Sell saying he expects the company to generate negative free cash flow from 2016-2018 and cut its dividend by 30% in 2018. He views the earnings guidance for acquired refiners at Chalmette and Torrance as aggressive. Mehta cut his six-month price target for the shares to $19 from $23. The analyst post close also upgraded CVR Energy (CVI) to Neutral.
