As previously reported, BofA/Merrill analyst Doug Leggate upgraded PBF Energy to Neutral from Underperform and maintained his $34 price target. The analyst expects PBF to perform in line with peers ahead of seasonal margin strength through summer but believes EBITDA guidance is aggressive.
