William Blair raised its Q2 same-store sales estimate for Potbelly to 5% from 4% after its store checks indicated a "strong" early attachment rate of avocados, which were introduced in April for an upcharge of $1. The firm also raised its Q2 earnings per share estimate to 11c, 1c ahead of consensus. It keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.
