Longbow analyst Neil Frohnapple says that Class 8 used truck prices "are finally bottoming after nearly two years of declines." The analyst quotes dealers as saying that wholesale used truck prices fell less than 1% in Q1 versus Q4. He expects PACCAR (PCAR) and Navistar (NAV) to benefit the most from rebounding demand for used trucks.
