Baird analyst David Leiker upgraded PACCAR to Outperform and raised his price target to $66 from $62. Leiker said PACCAR's fundamentals have turned much sooner than the broader industry with significant market share growth in both US/Canada and Europe driving volumes and earnings higher from current levels. The analyst believes the setup for shares looks favorable given valuation, negative analyst sentiment, and upside estimate revision potential.
