DA Davidson analyst Steven Chercover raised his price target on Potlatch (PCH) to $47 and kept his Underperform rating. Chercover says the company is getting a "reasonable to good" deal on Deltic (DEL) acquisition, adding about $3/share to its net asset value. While wood product companies are trading at "lofty valuations", the analyst contends, the acquisition is a positive and warrants potential review of rating on a stock price pullback.
