Oshkosh (OSK) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at BofA/Merrill with analyst Ross Gilardi saying Oshkosh has the best fiscal 2017 growth visibility in the group of 30%+ earnings driven by recent defense contract wins and said Acdess outlook was "less bad" than expected. 3. Teekay Offshore Partners (TOO) upgraded to Outperform at RBC Capital. 4. Kinder Morgan (KMI) upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley with analysts led by Tom Abrams saying they see better cash flows and credit metrics in 2018 and expects shares to move up accordingly. 5.
