B. Riley FBR analyst Michael Crawford noted that the FCC "jumped the gun" and adopted the 900 MHz band NPRM two days ahead of when it was slated for consideration, which he believes is "great news" for pdvWireless. Crawford would now expect an open comments period "with much support and the same increasingly isolated opposition," followed by a potential report and order looking similar to the revised PDV proposal, he tells investors. Crawford keeps a Buy rating on pdvWireless shares.
