Jefferies analyst Jeffrey Holford removed Pfizer from his firm's Franchise Pick List saying the argument to separate the company's Global Established Pharma business is now "more finely balanced." To reflect a 50% probability of a split, the analyst lowered his price target for Pfizer shares to $40 from $42. Holford keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
