As reported earlier, RBC Capital analyst Mark Dwelle downgraded Principal Financial to Sector Perform from Outperform and lowered his price target to $49 from $62. The analyst says the company's 2019 Outlook presented at its recent investor day indicates that next year will be a period of transition for Principal Financial. Dwelle also sees the company's international business pressured by currency headwinds and "country specific concerns".
