Goldman Sachs analyst Joe Ritchie upgraded Parker-Hannifin to Neutral saying he under-appreciated the company's "self-help potential" and the market's willingness to pay high multiples for troughing fundamentals. The analyst raised his price target for the shares to $120 from $106.
