Macquarie analyst Danny Moran downgraded Packaging Corp to Underperform and lowered his price target to $43 from $67 on shares. Moran expects Packaging's premium multiple to erode given his belief that containerboard pricing has peaked and he sees further downside risk from slowing relative volume growth.
