After Bloomberg said last week that Parkway Properties is in the early stages of exploring strategic options for the company, Baird said that a sale to a strategic buyer could yield a value near $21 per share and that a leveraged, PE buyer could pay up to $25.50 per share. The firm thinks the stock should trade between $19.50-$20 per share as a stand-alone REIT and keeps its Outperform rating and $20 price target on Parkway.
