Stifel analyst Chris O'Cull initiated Dave & Buster's with a Hold rating and $45 price target, noting that several new "eatertainment" concepts have entered the market in the past few years, which has put pressure on the company's same-restaurant sales performance. His checks indicate that competitive headwinds are unlikely to abate anytime soon, O'Cull added.
