Rodman & Renshaw analyst Amit Dayal believes Plug Power management is taking a slightly conservative outlook with its 2017 guidance based on potential pricing pressure but noted that company expects to ship 40% more GenDrives and nearly double its gross margins compared to last year. The company appears set to deliver healthy revenue growth while substantially improving gross margins and its China opportunity is just beginning to unfold, said Dayal, who keeps a Buy rating and $3 price target on Plug Power shares.
