Goldman Sacs analyst Richard Ramsden upgraded PNC Financial to Conviction Buy from Neutral saying the bank will benefit from balance sheet growth amid higher interest rates. PNC's rate opportunity is underappreciated as consensus estimates are "mis-modeling" its net interest income growth, Ramsden tells investors in a research note. He raised his price target for the shares to $143 from $121.
