Morgan Stanley analyst John Glass upgraded Panera Bread to Outperform and increased the price target to $250 from $205. The analyst expects digital initiatives will drive above consensus same-store-sales and earnings growth over the next three years. Glass believes the company's margins will improve following three years of margin compression and drive earnings higher.
